Chattanooga Spine and Body and Dr. Rivas work with third party companies that are contracted with the Veterans Administration (VA) to conduct disability evaluations on behalf of veterans. These disability evaluations are conducted as part of the process of applying for benefits through the VA. This process allows veterans to be “Service Connected” for any number of specific medical conditions. It is important to note that these disability appointments are scheduled through the third party contactors who are contracted directly by the VA. We are not able to schedule these evaluations directly, but If you are a veteran applying for disability benefits and have questions about the process, feel free to contact the office.
